Purpose: Make the Army more lethal, survivable, and efficient based on the Pareto Principle or 80/20 Rule (Law of vital few).
Goal: Make you so good, the global community would rather be your ally than adversary.
Objective: Save one life, make one ally, deter one adversary, disarm one enemy (Repeat).
Method: Make one Army Professional Better with enabled knowledge and information.
Get the Bottom Line Up Front... BLUF!!!
GUIDING PRINCIPLES:
The Pareto Principle states that for many outcomes, roughly 80% of consequences come from 20% of causes (the "vital few"). Other names for this principle are the 80/20 rule, the law of the vital few, or the principle of factor sparsity (Wiki).
Parkinson's Law is the adage that "work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion." It is sometimes applied to the growth of bureaucracy in an organization, but can be applicable to all forms of work (Wiki).
Entropy All things trend toward disorder. More specifically, the second law of thermodynamics states that “as one goes forward in time, the net entropy (degree of disorder) of any isolated or closed system will always increase (or at least stay the same) (Blog).”
The Peter Principle is a concept in management developed by Laurence J. Peter, which observes that people in a hierarchy tend to rise to "a level of respective incompetence": employees are promoted based on their success in previous jobs until they reach a level at which they are no longer competent, as skills in one job do not necessarily translate to another (Wiki).

* LEAD BY EXAMPLE *
The greatest treasure America has, is its soldiers and leaders who have answered the call to do more than what is expected. The men and women of the Armed Forces are some of the greatest individuals in the world. We are not without fault in history (Abu Ghraib, My Lai, No Gun Ri, etc.). But, if we hold true to the Army Values and stand together there is nothing that cannot be achieved. Against all odds, the underdog and the yankees prevail. Despite all ranks being paid salary, the vital few go above and beyond to serve something greater than themselves. We owe it to ourselves and our soldiers to Be, Know, and Do the very best we can. You must be the best, to serve the best.

With these tools, you can change your world
Mind - What you know, what you can learn, how to learn, how to adapt and overcome, and a growth mindset in all things you do.
Body - What you can do, how far you can go, how fast you can go, the tools you have on you, the challenges to be better, stronger, faster, and have the tools you need.
Purpose - What drives you, motivates you, keeps you going, your family, your team, your country, the spark that keeps you going and pushes you further.
If you take care of them, they will take care of you.
1983 ... TRADOC proposed the establishment of an "NTC Feedback System," a computer system that would be dedicated to analyzing data collected by the (NTC) instrumentation. That enhanced capability was expected to provide the Army the capability to extract, sort, and manipulate data, which could then be made available to support institutional and unit training programs and doctrine and force development initiatives throughout the Army. The system, as planned, would also allow CAC and the Army schools direct access to the data. The Army's budget for the 1986 fiscal year contained $2.6 million for initial development of the Feedback System ...
Meanwhile, FORSCOM moved to classify the "NTC Observations." ~ CMH_Pub_69-3 p.123
The CTC's trends, observations, and data still unutilized by the Army could have incredible potential to improve all echelons and Army Warfighting Functions!
The Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES) updates physical position every sixty meters or two minutes
INTELLIGENCE: Sensors and methodologies "could" be instantly vetted against the MILES system
FIRES: Sensor to shooter times, in-direct fire reports, and what-if scenarios for different rounds "could" be utilized to improve fires practices
MOVEMENT & MANEUVER: Vehicle formations "could" be identified for best practices, direct-fire engagement reports could show true combined-arms lethality
COMMAND & CONTROL: EMF footprint, CP node jump-times, orders and products development times and distribution methods "could" be analyzed
PROTECTION: Chemical, Military Intelligence, Route Clearance, Rear-Area Security and more "could" be analyzed
SUSTAINMENT: Vehicle movement speeds and distance via MILES "could" be correlated with fuel and parts by platform
The DoD wants to be data-centric to ensure military supremacy, lethality, survivability, efficiency, and focused development of the right technology and training (Defense.gov)
NTC's TDA only has 1x Military Analyst position in Operations Group, currently vacant, not funded by FORSCOM (FMSWeb - W4J9AA)
Current reports can show Combined-Arms lethality in time and space for the entire BCT, yet, FORSCOM is moving to restrict the data even further.
New tactics and technologies could be tested and compared against historic benchmarks recorded during CTC rotations.
Sensors "could" be associated with their position on the vehicle to assist in repairing faulty sensors and reporting location of hits for future vehicle development.
"If" the Army funded Operational Research and Systems Analysis (ORSA) positions at the three main CTCs, it could analyze data of over 30x BCTs annually
Command Post Survivability: Lessons learned from afar, we need CPs that can survive the next fight.
